In response to growing demand from international investors, attracted by strong economic prospects in the region and a buoyant property market, Watts Consultants BV was established on 1 July 2007.

 

This Joint Venture and Strategic Alliance Partnership with Stevens van Dijck aims to extend our technical expertise into Benelux. Watts Consultants BV provides the full range of technical and environmental due diligence services to the Dutch and Belgian property markets, with our partners Stevens en Van Dijck providing project management services.

Boasting an extensive list of both UK-based and local clients ranging from property investors, developers and private individuals, it is anticipated that the office will expand rapidly. Located in The Hague, the team is led by Managing Director Joost Vennegoor, formally of the Stevens van Dijck group.
