In response to growing demand from international investors, attracted by the strong Nordic market, Watts Consultancy AB opened on 28 January 2008.

 

Watts, established in 1967, has been active in the Swedish market since early 2007 and now provides professional advice supporting real estate transactions provided from Stockholm. Watts Consultancy AB offers strategic services in due diligence, project management and project development.

 

Our strength in the market is based on solid technical competence and a comprehensive knowledge of both building functionality and operation. We take a pride in understanding our clients’ aspirations and gaining an insight into their business, enabling us to better support clients with appropriate technical advice during the transaction process. Our considerable experience also means that Watts is able to fully integrate technical advice with the financial and legal aspects of each project.

 

In addition to offering strategic services, Watts Consultancy AB uses a network of associated companies that can provide clients with expertise in energy and services installations, building technology and environmental risk assessment.

In common with our many other locations over continental Europe we anticipate that the office in Stockholm will expand rapidly.
