Understanding this, Watts has a developed a specialist Education team, which has led, reviewed, managed and supported numerous universities’ programmes and projects. By working in partnership with our university clients, we have been able to both inform and transform the way that services are delivered to their customers.

Our comprehensive experience across all aspects of the University estate life cycle, from property acquisition, refurbishment, defect analysis, dilapidations and redevelopment enable Watts to provide an unrivalled service to this sector.
We offer advice at every stage of the property life cycle, including the provision of building surveys, planned preventative maintenance, project management, sustainability, M&E and engineering, and technical services in relation to neighbourly matters.
