Chris Knott is a quantity surveyor by discipline and now runs the London sector of Watts in the capacity of managing director. He is in addition chairman of ikon, a housing and regeneration consultancy. In his years at Watts, Chris has been involved in a variety of roles ranging from senior management positions in the business to strategic positions upon individual projects.
Chris is involved in a number of unpaid voluntary positions, including parent governor at Maidstone Grammar School, where he chairs their management group, responsible for finance, procurement, and fabric maintenance and development.
