Watts Bristol office is a well established and successful provider of construction and property advice in the South West and South Wales region, where the Group has had a presence for 13 years.
Decentralisation of business services out of London has benefited the local economy, in turn boosting the commercial property sector and creating a diverse range of instructions from investors, developers, owners and occupiers. The buoyant local economy and enhanced status of Bristol as the business centre for the South West, and as a centre to serve the South Wales region, has had a positive knock-on effect on Watts operation in the city and surrounding areas.
The office has recently undergone rapid expansion to a team of 19 and is able to offer clients a comprehensive range of commercial building surveying and project consultancy services as well as specialising in all aspects of compliance and health and safety advice.
News
Watts' Bristol and London offices became one on 11th July when a team of 11 took part in the Property Triathlon at the Eton rowing lake. Watts Bristol led the way with everyone finishing in good time and with no (lasting) injury.
The newly formed cost consultancy team hosted a table at the Old Cliftonians invitation XI vs. The Lashings World XI at Clifton College on the 9 July. Although the day was a washout spirits remained high and the day was a huge success.
On the 19th June Watts Bristol celebrated its 15th anniversary by hosting a "Celebration of Summer" party at Mud Dock. The event was well attended and enjoyed by all.
