Watts Berlin office was opened in 2006 and is now trading extremely successfully, having established itself in the market as a leading provider of technical due diligence services.

 

Turnover has been on a clear upward trend, driven by a strong property investment market. Whilst the due diligence market has slowed in recent times, we have remained busy by being focused on Development Monitoring and Project Management work which has developed on the back of the investment work that has been secured by the office to-date.
