Laura has been with the firm for over four and a half years; joining the Watts’ London City office in June 2003 from the Scottish based surveying practice, Speirs Gumley, based within their commercial building surveying department in Glasgow.
Laura currently holds an HNC in Business Administration and recently successfully completed the Open University Certificate in Management in May 2007.
Laura has extensive knowledge and experience within European markets and has a particularly keen interest in the management of property transactions within cross-border property portfolios.
Since 2005 Laura has been involved in the continued expansion of the Watts Group business into continental Europe and has developed a broad knowledge of commercial trends across the varying and diverse markets.
Laura was involved in the successful opening of our Berlin and Munich offices in June 2006 and Düsseldorf in January 2007, and was seconded to Germany for a three-month period to ensure that these offices operate to the high standards Watts’ clients demand and expect. Laura’s continuing role involves managing our developing strategic alliance network across Europe.
